Hot & Cold Foiling
Make your designs stand out from the crowd with foil stamping. We offer both hot and cold foil embellishments depending on your requirements, application and budget. Tactile & Spot UV Varnishes
Your labels will really grab your customer’s attention with our raised, tactile or spot UV varnishes. Define different areas of your designs with contrasting varnishes to draw in and focus attention. A more cost-effective alternative to embossing, and they look and feel great. This technique can also be used to print Braille.
Textured Varnish
Leave a lasting impression with our textured varnishes. Sometimes called sandpaper varnish, this finish gives an unmistakable texture to your labels. Popular in the drinks market, this varnish is also practical, increasing the grip of your product in the hand. After all, you wouldn’t want to drop your expensive can of craft beer, would you?!
Embossing & Debossing
Make a statement and incorporate embossing or debossing into your designs. Embossing elevates a specific area or text whilst debossing is the reverse, leaving a sunken impression. Blind embossing is the term given to embossing without any corresponding print.
Consecutive Numbering & Variable Data
Our digital technology allows us to print variable data onto your labels, making each one unique. This technique is particularly useful when individually numbering your production batches, limited edition runs, or creating personalised labels.
Fan-folding
As well as roll-fed labels, we can supply your labels in fan-folded stacks to suit your application machinery or printers. We can also supply sprocket-fed labels.
